Renewals can be processed at our location. This official process provides you with a legal document proving your ownership of the vehicle and that it's road-legal.

In a rush to get your tabs? Visit the new DVS Now Kiosk. Kiosks offer a fast and convenient alternative for completing vehicle registration renewals. DVS Now kiosks use scanning and touchscreen technology to securely update registration information. Step-by-step instructions, along with optional voice assistance, are provided on-screen in English or Spanish. After you put in the information, your tabs print instantly at the kiosk.

Permit Testing

Must provide a primary and secondary document. If there was/is a MN ID/DL issued out to you, please provide your ID/DL when arriving to take your Written Knowledge Exam.

There is a $10 fee every time you take the test.

Driver’s License

We are able to Renew, Duplicate and Register new drivers into the State of MN.

Please provide the correct documentations when applying for a Real or Enhanced ID

Identification Cards

We are able to process and renew Minnesota Identification Cards.

Address Changes for Minnesota ID: Real and Enhanced ID will require 2 MN residency documents providing your new current address along with your name on the document.

Passport Applications & Photos

Apply for a new passport (Form DS-11), replace a lost or stolen passport (Form DS-82) or take your passport photo.

New passport applications are not notarized at this location, we will only help fill out the application form and take photo.

Renewing your passport can be fully processed at our location, including photos taken.

DNR Renewals and Transfers and Duplicate Watercraft Title Applications.
